User Generated Content (UGC) Policy

This policy governs any content you provide as input to our service and the content that our service generates for you based on that input.

1. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the text, prompts, topics, and any other data or information you provide to SocialSpark ("Your Input"). You agree that Your Input will not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or rights of publicity.

You agree not to provide any input that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.

2. Ownership and Use of Generated Content

The content generated by our AI services based on Your Input ("Generated Content") is created for you to use. Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service, we grant you a license to use the Generated Content for your personal or commercial purposes.

While you can use the Generated Content, you acknowledge that the same or similar content may be generated for other users. The Generated Content is not guaranteed to be unique. We retain all rights to the underlying AI models, algorithms, and the SocialSpark service itself.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not use SocialSpark to create or disseminate any content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activities.
• Contains hate speech, is discriminatory, or incites violence.
• Contains sexually explicit material.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Spreads misinformation or disinformation.
• Violates the privacy of others.

4. Our Rights

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review any user input and to monitor, edit, or remove any Generated Content that we, in our sole discretion, find to be in violation of these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. We may also suspend or terminate your account for any violation.

We may use Your Input and the Generated Content to provide, maintain, and improve our services, and to develop new products and features.

5. Disclaimer

The Generated Content is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Generated Content for any particular purpose. You agree to use the Generated Content at your own risk, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying its accuracy before use. SocialSpark shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Generated Content.
